Great value for money and convenient location !
The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, you can either choose the Japanese or the continental one (both are tasty). For each night, each person receives some coins that can be used during the "Knot hour" for drinks or food, it was indeed a great addition to our stay there. The staff was polite and helpful. Very good location, in an animated area.
We stayed there 4 nights with breakfast included, the Japanese and the continental dishes for the breakfast were good but remained the same during our stay. It would be great to have a different one every two days for example.

Exceptional
The location is awesome, specially for winters. There is an underground entrance straight from the passage from susukino subway station. The tanukikoji Shopping Street is right next to the hotel. You will not need to go anywhere else for food/shopping if you stay here.
